Any work required:  The aft cabin top hatch (by the rudder) leaks and should be replaced.  I recommend replacing all hatches.  Also, the hatches and portals in the stern cabin need to be sealed.  Batteries need to be replaced and electrical equipment needs to be checked due to water damage sustained to the marine batteries.  VHF/AIS Antennas need to be moved forward on aft cabin.

A recent Marine Survey is available.

Price: $27,500 for Boat and fixed equipment; $15,000 for for additional equipment; $39,500 for everything.
